York County Commercial Painting Project
Towards the latter part of October 2018, we were contacted to do a commercial painting project for offices at RHI Magnesite inYork PA. This project had an insane turn around time and work could only be done on second shift after the office area closed for the day. They needed it completely finished by November 1st. That was over 4,000 square feet walls to cut in and roll two coats, 30+ steel doors and frames to paint two coats, as well as 400 linear foot of cove base that needed to be replaced. We were able to complete the entire project one day earlier and had it punched out on October 31st. Needless to say, the facilities manager was extremely pleased with Brushwork Painters.
We have since been asked to provide two additional bids for work at the RHI Brick Plant with discussions of even more plant facility and commercial painting in York PA. Detailed Project Specifications: PAINT: Main Office Area/Halls, 1 Office and Common Areas Walls and Doors/Frames. Paint 3,905 SF of walls two coats including light prep (Spot Spackling/Repair) using ProMar 200 eggshell on the walls and paint thirty-three doors and door casings two coats using DTM semi-gloss on the doors and frames, ensuring doors and trim is prepped correctly. Prepare Area (Drop Cloths, Masking, Furniture Protection).
Remove existing cove base and prep and install 450 LF 4” cove base in the Main Office Area/Halls, 1 Office and Common Areas Walls and Doors/Frames
