Commercial Painting Project in York PA
At the end of November 2018, we were contacted to do a commercial wallpaper removal and painting project for an office renovation at BDS in York PA. This project included 600 square feet of ceilings to paint 2 coats, the tedious task of removing over 900 square feet of wallpaper, and skimming the walls with joint compound that then needed a coat of primer and 2 coats of finish paint. It also included 200 linear feet of trim, and 4 doors and frames that needed to be converted from oil-based paint to latex paint with 2 finish coats. We were able to complete the entire project in 4 days and had it punched out on December 14. It goes without saying, the facilities manager was highly satisfied with Brushwork Painters.
