Painting the Eden Gift Shop in Hanover PA
In October of 2018, we were contacted by the owner of Eden Gifts in Hanover PA. She was seeking an expedited estimate for interior painting. Here it seems that the original company that started painting the project was unable to finish and she was up against a pressing deadline to get her gift shop open.
We were able to provide an estimate that was reasonable and accommodated the need for fast service and quick turn around for this Hanover painting project. The project consisted of spackling and sanding the existing walls which were old and pitted and cracked. We prepped the trim and applied two coats of semi-gloss black paint and then provided a great finish coat on all the walls.
The project consisted of painting the walls a 3-color scheme using owner supplied paint, and touch up and blend paint splatter on the ceilings. There were 600 SF of walls that received 2 coat(s) of paint and minor preparation (Spot Spackling/Repair). Prepare Room (Drop Cloths, Masking, Furniture Protection). There was 65 LF Trim that also received minor prep (Scuff Sanding and fill) and then 2 coats of trim paint. Finally, we painted 2 ea. Doors and Frames that got standard Prep. (Scuff Sand).
